Respite Innovations Program Coordinator | 30hrs/wk
The Respite Innovations Program brings person-centered engagement into the home. The Coordinator is the team leader, responsible for setting up the program systems, policies, and procedures, and daily oversight of 2 Respite Workers providing in-home caregiver support. The Coordinator will conduct intake assessments and develop engaging and meaningful activities to meet the needs and interests of individual clients and their caregivers.
Respite Worker | Part Time
Respite Worker provides respite to caregivers and a quality, person-centered, in-home program of activities to care recipients. This may include clients with multiple physical problems but who are stable and do not need nursing observation or nursing intervention. Clients may be cognitively impaired, but the resulting behavior can be handled with redirection and reassurance. Participants can communicate (though not necessarily verbalize personal needs). Employees shall attend training and workshop sessions as required.
