Join our team. Martha’s Vineyard Center for Living seeks a Special Program Assistant.
This is a 26-hour position, four-day position (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) 8:30am-3:00pm.
The starting wage is $29.88.

Requirements:

• Two years of post-high school education or training in a related field or a
  minimum of five years of work experience in a related field.
• Experience working with older adults living with age-related disabilities and
  dementia
• Understand the concept of engaging, person centered activity.
• Work as part of a team to engage older adults in a high-quality day program.
  Good communication skills and flexibility required in a fast-paced day.
  Driver’s License required and willing to drive the program van. Training provided.
• CPR certification, Alzheimer’s Training and Dementia Friends, and be willing to
  become certified within six months. Training provided.
